Consistent quality, minor hiccup

This was my third order from Hitoki, and I went with the Rose Gold Trident this time. I've had the original Trident and a Saber before, and the quality has always been consistent. This new one is beautiful and works perfectly, just like my others. It's why I keep coming back, the laser combustion really is a game changer. My only minor gripe was that the packaging for this order wasn't quite as discreet as my previous ones, which I prefer. Not a huge deal, but something I noticed. Still, a solid experience and I appreciate the reliability.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered the Black Trident last month. The ordering process was smooth enough, finding what I wanted was easy. Delivery took 8 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge deal. The packaging was discreet, which I appreciated. When it arrived, the quality of the device itself was impressive. It feels very solid and well-made. Using it has been a good experience, the laser combustion is definitely cleaner than what I was used to. I had a small question about cleaning and used their online support, they got back to me within a day with clear instructions. Overall, happy with the product, just factor in a bit of extra time for shipping.

Trident is pretty neat

I got the Black Trident a little while ago, and it's been pretty cool. It works just like they said. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which was fine. The cleaning kit helped a lot too, because it needed it after a bit. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Trident 24k Gold, great device

Ordered the Trident 24k Gold Edition. Arrived quickly. Product quality is excellent. Works perfectly. No issues with purchase or delivery. Very satisfied.

Got the Saber, it's pretty cool

So I finally caved and got the Saber Portable Laser, and it's actually pretty sweet. My friend had one and kept talking it up, so I figured why not. Ordering was chill, just clicked a few buttons on my phone. It came in about a week, no drama. The packaging was kinda plain, which was fine. Using it is way easier than I thought it'd be, no fiddling around. It just works. Definitely feels like a step up from my old method. Happy with it, honestly. It's a nice little gadget to have.

Consistent quality, always reliable

This was my third purchase from Hitoki, I picked up the Saber Attachment this time. As usual, the order went through without any hitches. I've bought from them before, first a Trident then a Cleaning Kit, and every time the products have been exactly as described. Shipping was on par with my previous experiences, took about 5 days to get to me. Their stuff is built to last; my original Trident is still going strong. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and they deliver on it. Never had an issue with any of their devices or accessories, which is why I trust them.

Black Trident, good but shipping delay

I got the Black Trident and a Cleaning Kit. The device itself is fantastic, really does make for a cleaner experience compared to my old lighter. Setup was straightforward, and it feels high-quality. However, the shipping took a little longer than stated on the website, about a week to reach me in California, which was a bit annoying as I was eager to try it out. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but couldn't really speed it up. Still, happy with the purchase, just wish delivery was faster.

Saber Portable Laser works

I ordered the Saber Portable Laser. It arrived quickly, took about 3 days. Works as advertised. Only thing, the charging cable was shorter than I expected. Good product overall.
